  • Shift from ‘Fixing’ to ‘Supporting’
        Learn how to move from a mindset of trying to “fix” loved ones to one of supportive presence—rooted in empathy, boundaries, and sustainable caregiving.
  • Develop Validation and Communication Skills
        Discover practical tools from Emotion-Focused Therapy to help validate your loved one’s experiences while maintaining emotional balance.
  • Prioritize Meaningful Self-Care
        Reflect on the importance of self-care and explore accessible practices to stay grounded, resilient, and connected to your own well-being.
