Grace, Space + Base: Navigating Grief Through the Holidays

Live Virtual Event

Thursday, December 11, 2025| 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Presented by special guest:

Chivonne Monaghan: an author, life coach, and retreat leader whose work centers on

resilience, grief, and the human capacity to heal. Through her Grace, Space + Base framework,

she helps others navigate loss with compassion, grounding, and community.

The holidays can amplify what’s missing: the people we’ve lost, the familiar places we can no longer go, and even the versions of ourselves that feel out of reach. During this time, grief can feel more present, layered, and sometimes overwhelming.

This interactive workshop offers a gentle and compassionate space to explore these experiences and discover a new way of relating to our own grief. Through self-compassion, grounded presence, and authentic connection, participants are invited to reflect on their experiences, honor their emotions, and cultivate practices that bring relief and comfort.

This heartfelt session combines guided reflection, gentle movement, and practical tools designed to help you soften the “shoulds” that often weigh heavily during the holidays, make space for your emotions without judgment, and connect with support systems that sustain you. Whether you’re navigating recent losses or long-standing grief, this workshop provides a safe, nurturing environment to acknowledge what’s tender, embrace what remains, and find moments of peace, presence, and meaning during one of the most emotionally charged times of the year.
